Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to MY Knitever eGift Cards purchased via our website (www.myknitever.com). By purchasing or using the MY Knitever eGift Card, you accept these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). MY Knitever reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available at www.myknitever.com.
MY Knitever eGift Cards may only be used for purchases on www.myknitever.com. You can use the eGift Card to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). If your purchase exceeds the balance of the eGift Card, additional payment methods can be used to complete the transaction. Your receipt will show the remaining balance of your eGift Card after each transaction.
2. Validity
- The minimum value of a MY Knitever eGift Card is $25, and the maximum value is $500.
- eGift Cards have no expiration date.
- Once the balance of an eGift Card is zero for 6 months, the card will become invalid and cannot be reactivated or reused.
3. Returns
If items purchased using a MY Knitever eGift Card are returned, the refunded amount will be issued back to a new eGift Card before applying any refunds to other payment methods used in the transaction.
- eGift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash unless required by law.
- Items purchased with an eGift Card follow the same return policy as other purchases.
4. Limited Liability
MY Knitever is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or inactivated eGift Cards after they are issued. Treat your MY Knitever eGift Card like cash.
5. Privacy Policy
MY Knitever is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data provided during the purchase or use of eGift Cards will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at www.myknitever.com/privacy-policy.
